We are looking for a new addition to our global People (HR) team, a People Operations Analyst who will help ground our international practices, as well as be the front line for all HR needs onsite and in region. Partnering closely with our Senior Director and Global Head of HR Operations, this amazing individual will be vital in the evolution of our People team products and policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with employee benefit administration and building out wellness programs in EMEA
  • Be the customer-focused, go-to person for everyday HR questions for EMEA
  • Collaborate with People Team to deliver a best-in-class employee experience for EMEA
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new employees including management of new hire paperwork and facilitation of new hire orientation for EMEA
  • Ensure compliance with reporting and administration (for each county in EMEA) and manage leaves of absence
  • Management of all employee data in HRIS system, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files including processing employee data changes and maintaining company charts for EMEA
  • Seek operational excellence by developing, optimizing and streamlining HR procedures, guidelines, and documentation
  • Help facilitate company-wide performance review and merit process for EMEA
  • Maintain compliance records, reporting and audits for any state and local employment and benefits laws for each country of EMEA
  • Lead global evolving projects that align with our continued effort to have a world-class team
  • Help facilitate any immigration process for transferring employees- you'll keep the employee well informed and the entire process moving along in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of HR Operations/Generalist work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for learning and career development
  • Creative presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Worked with compensation management tools
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Flexible, collaborative, and has a customer mindset
  • Proactive and practical problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong team player who is also comfortable working independently to solving problems and driving towards deadlines
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, system/data management (reporting, backend administration, data manipulation)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of fundamental HR practices including employment law, compensation, hiring, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
