How you’ll make an impact
Your role is to support the marketing and automation teams to develop and execute sophisticated email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with our direct and partner marketing teams and you will have an interest in the use of technology in marketing.What you’ll do

• Work on the end to-end email marketing process, from content creation to analysis and everything in between (developing and supporting)
• Work directly with marketing stakeholders to execute tactical marketing campaigns
• Use templated SQL to build send lists
• Design, build and monitor automated journeys using Journey Builder
• Help to manage and prioritise the email marketing calendar in line with business objectives
• Champion best practice and governance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud processes to ensure consistency and compliance
• Apply an incessant desire to learn from all of our campaigns by developing variations, testing and analysing the impact.
• Champion the customer and be happy challenging decisions that impact their beautiful experience with Xero
• Close the gap between marketing campaigns and sales by serving up relevant and engaged leads to sales teams using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

What you’ll bring

• You will have 2 years’ experience, preferably using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience writing lifecycle marketing emails
• Experience of being a member of an email marketing and/or automation team
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to collect, collate and interpret marketing analytics
• You’ll have excellent relationship building skills and be able to work across global teams
• Experience of accounting/fintech is desirable but not essential
