Job Description

IDT is seeking a well-rounded, self-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing team with full marketing lifecycle activities included but not limited to CRM marketing management, copywriting, and driving creative development to support multiple marketing channels. These activities must explicitly help drive the acquisition, retention, and engagement of prospects and customers.The CRM Marketing Specialist will be based out of our Newark, NJ corporate headquarters.This is a full-time position offering full benefits and a competitive salary.This position reports to the Director of Marketing.This position requires applicants to be bilingual in Spanish.

Marketing responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Assists with creating content for customer communications across digital and mobile channels (email, SMS, mobile app, IVR)
  • Diligent execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support strategic business goals
  • Knowledge of cloud based CRM programs
  • Review, edit and proofread content and marketing materials
  • Manage campaign calendar and promotional elements to ensure timely launch of all initiatives
  • Organize internal communications of promotional launches
  • Collaborate with boundary partners to ensure development of promotions
  • Maintain focus on campaign performance and KPIs to identify insights and learnings to be leveraged in future campaigns
  • Synchronize with analytics team to incorporate messaging and segmentation testing in all CRM campaigns

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of prior marketing experience
  • Understanding of CRM across multiple channels (email, SMS, mobile app)
  • Interest and aptitude in learning new cloud based campaign tools and programs
  • Flexibility and creativity to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, results-oriented and deadline-driven
