What you'll doAs a Senior TPM, you’ll drive product execution in an agile environment. You’ll add clarity and precision to requirements. You’ll organize and prioritize sprints. You’ll design, scope, and prioritize features against customer needs. You’ll build mockups and prototypes to illustrate the product vision and refine the customer experience. You’ll set the quality bar and make sure the product meets it by becoming a power user. You’ll communicate how the product you build achieves the overall mission through education, training, and demos.This role reports to the Head of Product for Ecommerce Insights.Who you are

• Have 5+ years technical product or program management experience on analytics products, preferably in digital marketing or ecommerce.
• Solid technical competence; strong design sense is a huge bonus.
• Project management skills a must; certifications not required.
• Comfortable in an agile development environment.
• Ability to tolerate ambiguity and equipped with tools to manage uncertainty.
• Preferred experience includes Google Cloud, Tableau, cloud-based enterprise software.
• Must be code-friendly, e.g. familiarity with SQL, HTML, Javascript. Python a plus!
• Engineering or business degrees is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
