We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to help foster our growth plans on the West Coast.

The essence of the role

We are looking for a motivated and sales-minded individual who can bring mid-market sales expertise and a volume amp; velocity approach to our net-new logo business in the North America. This is an individual contributor role that requires a hunter, self-sufficient, and self-starter mentality.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
  • At least five (5-7) years of industry sales experience (inside sales or field sales)
  • Background can be telecom/and-or enterprise software
  • Able to manage the entire sales cycle from demand generation, qualification, presentation, and closing.
  • Excellent focus on building and maintain strong pipeline.
  • Experienced with demand generation activities and practices.
  • High energy, motivated, and hunter personality who can drive revenue growth
  • Excellent at time management and prioritization of activities.
  • Background in software/SaaS or other related Enterprise sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of success in previous roles

In order to contribute in this role you will:

  • Build business by building pipeline, identifying and selling prospects, and quickly building relationships with clients.
  • Ability to quickly become the trusted advisor.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Be regimented and disciplined with demand generation activities and time management.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
