The Sales Administrator position will report to the VP of Sales Operations and will play a key role in helping us achieve our aggressive sales goals. Sales Administrators will contribute significantly towards maintaining our reputation for excellent service and superior customer satisfaction. This role performs broad activities in support of sales operations. Primary activities include account maintenance, sales order processing. May handle inbound/outbound calls from customers, sales or inside sales teams. May perform reporting for sales teams.


As Our Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team in processing orders on behalf of our Enterprise clients
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team in filing messaging campaigns on behalf of our Enterprise clients
  • Display excellent communication and customer service skills enabling you to successfully interact with clients and answer their queries
  • Produce monthly reports for the account teams (ex: customer/partner renewal notices, retention data, SMS volume amp; gross profit metrics)
  • Update Salesforce internal and customer records as directed by the Customer Success Manager or direct Manager
  • Provide Sales support and/or backup assistance to Sales team members as directed by the VP of Sales Operations.


Who are you?

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • One year of experience in a sales support role
  • One year of experience in CRM software, ideally Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • High energy level and being self-motivated to exceed sales goals
  • Ability to collaborate and be an effective team player
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial and creative approach to work
