What We Need

We are looking for a rockstar individual to join our Innovation amp; Partnerships team as a Global Market Development Specialist. You will report to the Head of Global Market Development. This position will be remote.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a rockstar B2B digital marketer ready to help drive our inbound marketing efforts within the Innovation amp; Partnerships team. This team partners with corporates, investors, governments, and foundations to train and connect investors, startups, and corporate executives to our global tech-focused community and experts. Some of our hallmark programs include startup accelerators, startup bootcamps, investor education, bootcamp for accelerator managers, and corporate-startup engagement.

This role will support the Market Development team by creating, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across a number of channels. Collaborating closely with the business development and innovation solutions teams, you will leverage customer insights to deliver creative lead generation initiatives to build and strengthen 500’s position as a leading innovation ecosystem builder.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing with experience leveraging email, copywriting, landing pages, online events, and social media to grow and nurture leads. You are a strong communicator with the ability to develop, track, and optimize lead gen campaigns with minimal oversight.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage email campaigns across a number of different customer segments
  • Create landing pages that understand the voice of the customer and ultimately drive them to convert
  • Develop engaging online events (webinars, virtual conferences, etc.)
  • Build and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Linkedin, and Google Ads
  • Measure, track, and report on campaign performance


  • 2-4 years of B2B digital marketing and customer acquisition experience
  • Experience in email marketing automation, social media, and lead generation
  • Experience working with various channel tools (HubSpot, Unbounce, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Airtable, etc.)
  • A data-driven marketer who cares about the numbers and leverages insights when building out campaigns
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing startup environment
  • A strong project manager who can juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • Experience building and managing paid marketing campaigns a plus (Google Ads, Linkedin, and Facebook)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Authorization to work in the United States
