Medical frontline staff being the most vulnerable, Carbon Health has also implemented daily check-ins through a symptom tracker for their staff along with educational videos, tutorials, and updated CDC guidelines on how to stay safe, all done through the app.
We're packaging this up to help other businesses with essential staff on the frontlines to give employees access to information, employers the ability to track the health of their workforce, and get the right people tested before a possible outbreak occurs. This coupled with testing, contract tracing and close medical follow up if there is a positive case, implementing protocols for when businesses can and should allow their employees back to the workplace. THE JOB AT A GLANCE
You’ll be joining the most innovative technology team in healthcare today, helping expand Carbon Health’s footprint in the travel sector. Working in conjunction with the Carbon Health Team and the client the mission is to help foster safe passenger travel and protect employees in the workplace in accordance with Travel, OSHA, County, and CDC guidelines in the COVID-19 era.
The main objective of the position is identifying travel vertical prospects aligned with newly created partnerships, i.e., airlines and airports; contact primary buyers, secure and coordinate meetings, and oversee project coordination through completion of the sale. As the business development manager, you will develop a business strategy, execute on a plan, align with business unit partners to achieve a desired outcome.
We are bringing our medical expertise coupled with our modern technology platform to travelers, employees, employers and consumers across a variety of travel enterprise organizations.What You'll Do
  • Generate, qualify, and drive new leads and opportunities for complex enterprise deals for the travel sector.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders.
  • Generate up sell and cross sell opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
  • Coordinate the involvement of internal resources including the direct sales, customer success organization, implementation, product, and clinical teams in order to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations of the proposed product or solution.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in new business development, project management, project coordination, or sales operations.
  • Strategic thinker, comfortable with new technologies and highly complex medical data, and working in a variety of market segments.
  • Expert communication and presentation skills.
  • SaaS product sales experience (preferred).
