ASPICE Software Quality Manager

• Collaborate with management team and customers to align on ASPICE objectives (Level 1 3), implementation timeline and certification scope
• Lead internal definition amp; deployment of Aeva’s Software and System processes in compliance with Automotive SPICE.
• Support project team in preparation for certification audit across all process areas by designating internal audit leads for each process area and coaching them in ASPICE requirements and appropriate audit responses.
• Review and generate documentation required to meet ASPICE compliance.
• Support tool selection and help ensure they are set-up and structured to meet ASPICE requirements.
• Interface amp; lead ongoing communication with customer’s quality and external auditors relating to ASPICE certification readiness / status.

• Experience facilitating internal assessments, team meetings and workshops to determine gaps and drive continuous improvements.
• Ability to provide training on ASPICE processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience shipping complex projects within an aggressive timeline.
• Ability to rapidly adapt and work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
