Job Description

Olive is healthcare’s A.I. workforce and has been successfully deployed at health systems across the country. Olive automates work to allow healthcare professionals to concentrate on what’s most important, their patients. Olive’s promise to her customers is that she figures out where she can have an impact, onboards quickly, shows up for work everyday, does her job extremely well, and gets smarter over time.

We are on the bleeding edge of healthcare technology innovation, working with leading hospitals and health systems to help them create sustainable growth and value by accelerating revenue, reducing costs, and increasing the capacity of their workforce

As a Market Development Executive (MDE) for Payer at Olive, you are responsible for creating, nurturing and converting leads and contacts into sales accepted meetings. By executing quick follow up and ongoing nurturing of contacts, you will have a large impact on the likelihood of those leads converting to opportunities and ultimately becoming Olive customers.

In addition to harvesting leads coming into the marketing funnel through active outreach, this role is crucial to the success of other marketing-related activities. These activities include meeting setting for events like trade shows, webinar support, and more. Reporting to the VP of Growth, with direct alignment with the Payer Executive Directors, you will be responsible for setting qualified meetings in a defined territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement region-specific marketing plans at all stages of the funnel, industry trade shows and events, local seminars and events, webinars and email campaigns
  • Build thought leadership and awareness campaigns to educate the market on the company's POV, tied to key industry trends
  • Leverage corporate and product messaging and content, and tailor as appropriate. Must be able to create content and understand the key initiatives and value proposition/messages that will resonate with Olive’s target buyer
  • Strategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail marketing, and other channels as needed
  • Provide closed-loop reporting to measure the effectiveness of field marketing programs and identify areas for optimization. Manage weekly reporting on ROI of events, accurately tracking campaign metrics
  • Transparent and frequent communication on marketing effectiveness with both the marketing, sales and company leadership teams
  • Coordinate with the sales team on outreach activity; measurement of success against target objectives for campaigns and plays running in your territory
  • Develop personalized plans for target enterprise accounts and excel at executing them flawlessly
  • Analyze sales data and leverage data to identify areas for improvement
  • Nurture and re-engage through email, phone, and social those contacts who are not quite ready to engage with Sales, but meet our Ideal Customer Profile and have at least one of our four qualification criteria: a challenge, purchase decision authority, budget, or a prioritized project to include AI
  • Maintain agreed upon response time to inbound lead inquiries

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience is required
  • Experience selling into and/or working with healthcare insurance companies
  • 2-5 years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing or in a field-sales position
  • Proven capability with Salesforce.com and/or marketing automation platforms
  • Entrepreneurially-minded, self-starter with creativity and the ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to communicate ideas and plans, as well as align with cross-functional teams in order to execute effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Experience in healthcare or SaaS or enterprise software desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills
  • Skilled at building relationships with senior management and/or C-level executives
  • Methodical and strategic - understands big picture and interested in short- and long-term gain
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Position can be located remotely
