Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the TV tech stack architecture in SpringServe for demand and supply partners
- Ensure system efficiency and manage yield optimization
- Develop and drive the ad tech/ad ops strategy to grow monetization
- Vet and recommend resources for the tech stack that will optimize delivery and grow sales
- Manage the integration and strategy during the times we work with partner for contextual targeting, audience extension, audience targeting and content targeting
- Oversee integration of new inventory and expansion onto new platforms
- Lead onboarding of demand partners
- Support Programmatic Account Managers as they work with demand partners to troubleshoot and optimize revenue
- Collaborate across internal departments to understand and solve for tech needs/platform growth
Requirements
- At least six years of experience in ad operations
- Video experience and a strong, hands-on knowledge of SpringServe
- Experience partnering with demand-side
- Respect and value for diversity
