About the Position:
The Creative Producer, Development will join a cross-functional team of performance marketers and will be responsible for collaborating with business partners to build compelling online experiences to support Interactive marketing initiatives. They will be building dynamic websites and landing pages while highlighting the latest in web techniques and business-critical web-based applications for Level Agency’s diverse range of clients.
They will have the ability to work across teams and partner with QA, Operations, design, production, and other front-end and back-end developers to successfully build and deploy compelling online experiences for our clients.
Your Impact:
- Works closely with members of a cross functional client team to own the execution of a wide variety of high-performing digital experiences
- Leads web production and QA across multiple digital platforms to execute landing pages, microsites, interactive infographics, emails, eBooks, and more
- Builds/provide high-quality mockups, graphics and visual elements and design different prototypes as needed
- Provides time estimates and deadlines in regard to client projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Internet tools, trends, and developments
- Building dynamic Web experiences, specifically responsive websites, landing pages, microsites, email templates, and other interactive online experiences across multiple digital platforms (i.e. WordPress, Shopify, Marketo, etc.).
- Develop on platforms such as Ion, MailChimp and others
- Support with QA Resource for all Interactive Deliverables
- Use a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web pages
- Work in a multidisciplinary?team with other professionals such as back-end developers and web designers
- Maintain and improve company website
- Optimize our web applications for maximum speed
- Always stay?consistent with client brand guidelines
- Solicit feedback from users and customers
- Make suggestions for better solutions to problems
- Implementing client designs in a cross-browser, cross device environment, typically using a content management system such as WordPress
- Implementing and enhancing Shopify store fronts
- Providing time estimates and deadlines in regard to client projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of development tools, trends, and developments by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Embrace and promote best practices to create maintainable, high-performing websites, and code bases
Requirements
- Ability to work on multiple projects with a sense of urgency
- Strong conceptual, analytical, problem solving, decision making and planning skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and modern page layout techniques (i.e., Bootstrap)
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify or other content management systems/website platforms
- Deep experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Certifications a plus)
- Ability to author clean, standards-compliant code, markup
- Understand principles of design, user experience, and user interface
- Understand principles of search engine optimization, specifically technical site architecture amp; design factors that matter for a website rankings
- Comfortable working with templates in server-side technologies and client side apps
