Pizza Hut Digital Ventures is looking for a passionate, driven, commercially astute individual contributor to be a key part of the new technology team within Yum!. You will be responsible for driving growth on our digital platforms (Web, apps, and whatever the future may bring) in Latin America amp; Iberia and Canada partnering with a small team in Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics and Delivery on ideas that drive customer, Franchisees and business unit value in the markets whilst delivering within the overall PHDV financial budget.
We are looking for a strong results focused business leader with excellent people management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead teams through change while delivering a world class customer experience.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Digital Merchandising Lead to join our team and hit the ground running as a multi-market merchandiser to support our Latin America amp; Iberia markets and Canada and help drive growth for our franchises and business management units.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day, leading a campaign production team in driving our markets’ campaign schedules and production activities, and staying on top of the quality and timely execution of digital campaign assets in a fast-paced environment across two eCommerce platforms.
You will thrive in this type of situation and have the skills to ensure you support and develop efficient, effective delivery, whilst keeping market satisfaction high.
You will have a firm grasp of Digital Production and Technical Product Management capabilities but also be aware of the commercial impact of the work you and your team do. You should be able to effectively plan, control and close projects, and evolve processes and drive continuous improvement, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress along the way.
