The role:
This candidate will own the marketing function and work to further develop our marketing infrastructure at every level of the funnel including optimizing our message, developing content, identifying communities, creating email and social media campaigns and other initiatives. You'll report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
We are looking for a co-founder type of employee who is hungry and really wants to get their hand dirty and build a high functioning marketing operation from the ground up. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of non-internship marketing experience and has worked in a startup before. If you are hungry, want to build something, and have clear impact, this is the place for you.
Benefits
We will invest a substantial amount of equity up to 1% for the right candidate.
This is currently a commission only role (5% of revenue), part time role, however as we continue to scale we anticipate adding full time salaries for core employees.
