Requirements
While we value your full-stack development skills, your ability to thrive in our environment is equally as important. Therefore, we’re looking for a candidate with the following characteristics:
- 6+ years experience building complex, large-scale projects
- You want to do more than just "stay current" with website development best practices.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.

- A well-organized team-player who thrives when juggling multiple projects and aggressive deadlines.
- You can explain difficult concepts in a simple way to other people, like clients.
- You treat your code like your resume. How you write your code matters to you.
- You are opinionated about how sites should function, but are open-minded to new ideas and concepts.
- You can think of more than one way to meet requirements and make development decisions based on client needs.
Your experience and expertise:
- You've worked with Drupal and or WordPress building custom modules/plugins and themes.
- You can set up and configure a local environment on your own.
- Proven, demonstrable knowledge of standards-compliant, responsive, HTML, CSS JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of usability and accessibility issues across all device types.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SCSS, Sass, Less).
- Performance and speed are something you consider when developing.
- You write code that someone else can understand.
- You are comfortable providing accurate estimates for completing work.
- You are comfortable with the command line.
- You test before you push.
Highly Desired:
- You have integrated a third party REST or JSON API into a CMS
- Experience with git for version control
- You have experience with social media integrations
- You have familiarity with Headless/Decoupled website development
- Experience with package managers (Yarn, npm, Composer)
- Experience with build tools/task runners (Gulp, Webpack, Grunt)
- Experience with JavaScript MVC frameworks (React, Vue.js, Ember, Angular)
