  • Acting as the point of contact and communicate service request status to all participants (internal stakeholders and clients) both within Support and cross-functionally
  • Coordinating and monitoring requests, inclusive of first response and triage
  • Setting timelines for service requests and ensuring internal stakeholders and clients are updated on the request status
  • The successful candidate would have excellent time management skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with the Team Lead or Manager to eliminate blockers and escalations management
  • As a Support Coordinator, you’ll use and develop valuable professional skills in project coordination, knowledge management, and customer service
  • You’ll work with several departments in Client Operations, primarily Client Support and Client Experience teams, all the while building familiarity with our publicly traded clients
  • Our Support group is a launching point for career opportunities in our other groups, including Product Development, Activations, and non-technical groups such as Client Experience
  • Hours of work: Regular hours of work: 12PM to 8PM PT, however on a quarterly basis during our busy periods, the successful candidate must be flexible between 11AM to 9PM PT (Shifts will always be 8 hours and determined based on business needs).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Proven work experience as a Coordinator or similar role
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Prioritization, escalation and an appropriate sense of urgency.a must
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Technical and Financial experience are a bonus!
  • Experience working in a ticketing system and queue management
  • Driven to expand knowledge and solve problems
