This is an IT Modernization project to (1) Establish a cloud-based electronic records management (ERM) system to support multiple data sources; (2) establish an intelligent data extraction (IDE) capability for the extraction of written material from paper forms; (3) Develop a capability to enable the business to establish web based forms with an signature component.
The Integration tester will perform software testing including designing test scenarios and documenting test results and status.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements/user stories and their acceptance criteria
- Design test scenarios based on requirements and user stories
- Synthesize requirements
- Use automated testing to increase efficiency
- Communicate test status and issues
- Document issues/defects found during testing
- Create and maintain test documentation including the Test Engineering Management Plan
- Actively participate in Daily Stand Up Meetings
- Report on the results of testing, both verbally and in writing, through Test Analysis Reports
Required Skills:
- Experience in Agile test methodology
- Experience in End-to-End Integration Testing, Postman or REST interface testing, Functional testing, System Testing, Automated Testing, Smoke, Performance, ORT
- Experience with agile tools (i.e. JIRA and Confluence)
- Experience in test automation and test automation tools (i.e. Selenium,Junit, Jmeter, Browserstack)
- Understanding of when to automate testing
- Understanding of the test lifecycle
- Ability to identify and triage issues
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a hybrid-remote work environment
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Skills
- Languages/Frameworks: JAVA, React
- Experience integrating Enterprise Records Management (ERM) and Intelligent Data Extraction (IDE) solutions
- Experience integrating web services supporting Fed-compliant electronic signatures
- Experience integrating forms and data management platforms
- Experience testing in a cloud infrastructure environment (i.e. Microsoft Azure or AWS)
