OPPO U.S. Research Center is in search of an experienced HR Associate who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. This role will work with our technical recruiters and HR team to resolve recruiting-related problems and ensure smooth and effective hiring experience for our candidates, and facilitate with engagement, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Assist with recruitment and interview process by working with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews with candidates and provide proactive recruiting support.
- Create and maintain employee files, make sure all employee files are up to date
- Assist with on/off boarding process with IT, admin and operation and update records of new staff.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Work with HRBP on related projects
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Perform other related administrative and HR duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with ATS System.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least 2-3 year HR related experiences required.
