Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Gamp;A team to support our teams and individuals, local or remote. The IT Support Technician will perform general troubleshooting of computer-related software/hardware and will use independent judgment to arrange, coordinate and accomplish the installation of software and hardware systems to support our employees’ daily activities and build secured internal IT infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for the right person who has hands on IT and infosec experience.

This is a full-time, regular employee position, at our Mountain View office in California.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, configure and administer company IT systems securely surrounding G Suite, Slack, Zoom, etc.
  • Perform advanced office software configuration and solution (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Intune, Gmail, etc.).
  • Perform remote access solution implementation and support for remote employees: VPN, Remote Desktop, Endpoint management, etc.
  • Implement and support hardware: servers, workstations, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, etc.
  • Serve as the point of contact for any ad hoc IT issues (e.g. printing, network, software and hardware issues, etc.).
  • Provide Infosec and security auditing assistance.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher, preferably related to Information Technology or related field.
  • 2-4 years of IT experience in a corporate environment.
  • Prior G Suite deployment and/or administration experience.
  • Working knowledge and skills in G Suite, Google Workspace, DNS, and mail server.
