As a group of collaborative, empathetic and driven technologists, we build relationships with our clients. There’s mutual respect and understanding for each client with whom we work. We’re proud of both the clients we get to work with and the accomplishments of our team.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be joining a group of colleagues who’ve had a hand in building our business, culture and body of work. You'll collaborate with other engineers, designers, and strategists. You'll get the opportunity to lead projects, mentor and coach others, while building on your own skills. We're the place to work if you want to become a better full-stack engineer. If you're eager to apply your knowledge and hone your craft while getting the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, keep reading.

  • Interface directly with members of our team and client teams.
  • Mentor other engineers on our team.
  • Iterate on development best practices and operations.
  • Write content based on your learning and experiences.
  • Work with interesting technologies including React Native, React, GraphQL, Node or Ruby

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage.
    • We give our developers autonomy and don't want to micromanage you.
  • Great communication skills as we expect you to interface with with clients frequently.
  • Be a good human to your coworkers and our clients.
  • Be willing to coach teams you work with on best practices and approaches.
  • Question and suggest improvements in workflow, scope or design internally and externally.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary + annual bonus.
  • Up to eight hours per week dedicated to Investment Time. This is our way to invest in activities and projects that will make you and the agency better.
  • Annual Team Summit. This is when we get together for team building and professional development - it’s a blast.
  • Opportunity to attend conferences.
  • Fully covered health and vision insurance. 99% covered dental insurance.
