Job Functions amp; Responsibilities: As a leader of the SOE Supply Chain Team, You will become one of the primary contacts for all supplier related business within the SOE division of the company and will also have the opportunity to participate in every step of data driven decision-making processes to include (but not limited to) coaching and development of sales representatives, actively engaging in deal strategy and negotiations, hiring top talent, holding the team accountable, and ensuring excellent stakeholder experience for all our key suppliers and SOE customers.
This position will oversee the core business functions below. Specific execution will be carried out by Market / Category Managers, Product Specialists, Supplier Account Representatives, and Program managers. The Director of SOE Supply Chain may assume a "player-coach" role on any of these business functions depending upon the size and scope of the Market, and customer and organizational needs.
Performance Standards: The SOE Supply Chain Team and your success will be measured by customer and supplier satisfaction, hitting annual territory and team goals, team engagement and overall sales growth.
