Director/Manager of C5ISR Market Category

Focus: Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance(C5ISR) will focus on the identification, development and integration of C5ISR technologies that enable information dominance and decisive lethality for the networked Soldier, Marine, Airman, Sailor, and other applicable end-users. It will focus on the areas of command, power and integration; intelligence and information warfare; visual information, night vision and electronic sensors; and space and terrestrial communications; linking various technology producers including industry, academia and the foreign sector as well as other government agencies.


Job Functions: While leading business engagement and driving the cross functional coordination between SOE, the C5ISR team members and market partners, you will represent Noble with Command/Program offices and respective contracting offices across all DoD services and Federal Agencies identified and assigned. While on the road, you will develop relationships with customers and vendors, creatively addressing their problems, researching and identifying innovative technologies, building custom solutions, and being the true C5ISR resource throughout the acquisition process. You will become Noble’s primary contact for all C5ISR related business and will be challenged to continually grow the C5ISR sales pipeline.


As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to:
  • Dive and establish the C5ISR Market Strategy to include Target Customers, Products/Categories, Programs, and Sales Roadmap
  • Serve as the lead for all large-scale solicitations for C5ISR accounts
  • Engage and establish long-term sales and service solutions
  • Analyze market trends, gather intelligence, new requirements, and program inceptions
  • Create new solutions in response to market changes
  • Help structure and grow C5ISR program development
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Generate reports, quotes, identifying optimal funding vehicles
  • Engage in deal strategy amp; negotiations
  • Actively log all sales activity
  • Work with our support teams to ensure accurate order information


Performance Standards: The C5ISR Team and your success as a Business Development Manager will be measured by customer and supplier satisfaction, hitting assigned territory goals, team engagement, and overall sales growth. This will include:

  • Submitting and Implementing a Strategic Plan: Target Product Market and Specific Customers
  • Incorporation of new technologies and vendors to Noble Portfolio
  • Growth of Sales Pipeline
  • Meeting/Exceeding Individual Sales Goal
  • Meeting/Exceeding C5ISR Market Sales Goal
  • Support provided to regional sales team to drive procurements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development experience with a track record of capture and program management within the Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance(C5ISR) market
  • 5+ years of experience with US Government contracting and acquisition prior military experience a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience using Salesforce, Netsuite/Oracle, Tableau, Slack and other Business Software
  • Broad, an exceptional understanding of SOE customers, operations, and requirements coupled with a of key industry supplier relationships
  • Extensive defense business development experience with a track record of capture and program management within the SOE market
  • Strong understanding of Noble Contract Vehicles
