Currently we are seeking an Project Manager/Assistant to the CEO based out of our corporate headquarters in either Boston or Rockland.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant to the CEO. This person will provide support to our Chief Executive Officer responsible for calendar management, meetings, expense reports, special projects and generally anticipating the needs of the CEO. If you want a fast paced and dynamic environment, have superior interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive communications including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
  • Calendar management: Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
  • Arrange corporate events and staff appreciation events both inside and outside the workplace.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Develop and sustain a strict level of professionalism among staff and clientele


Requirements

Experience/Skills

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, Event Planner or Personal Assistant
  • Superior communication and organizational skill
  • Must be resourceful and able to pivot and multitask successful
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint with the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Asana or other project management software expertise required
  • Proficiency on collaboration and delegation of duties.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problemsolving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, polished and professional demeanor
