ProArch is seeking a Data, Analytics and Software Development Account Executive to operate as the lead deal maker and closer for our data and software development practice. To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently, develop pursuit strategies and support new business opportunities. You will be comfortable driving the commercial process from initial customer contact through to the creation and delivery of successful proposals to clients. We are looking for a true self-starter, with a proven track record and a strong, collaborative influencer able to thrive without a detailed roadmap
Examples of typical deals:
Strategic customer engagements on product envisioning and business case generation, e.g., digital products, data monetization, and cross-source data analytics
Realization of viable work uncovered during strategic engagements
Data driven solutions for customer including ingestion, engineering, analytics, warehousing, big data, integration, and visualization
Solutions built on Data ware, our modern cloud data platform intellectual property which rapidly accelerates the deployment and construction of solutions on Microsoft’s best practice Azure data architecture
Solutions built on our business to consumer analytics framework, designed to help organizations rapidly deploy reports and analytics to the customer’s customers, partners or affiliates
Value driven data science engagements, e.g., to increase customer revenue and/or decrease costs through techniques like including behavioural, predictive and prescriptive analytics
Line of business web applications on top of our reference application architecture (Azure, .Net, React.js), as well as on-prem and Angular
Responsive and Single Page Application software development
Cross platform mobile applications
Selling in our Managed Services to support, operate and maintain deployed solutions
Requirements
Solid understanding at a Sales level of Microsoft (Azure) software development and data / analytics landscape
Experience with Data Science
Good grasp of modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, Containerization, Data Platform) and selling solutions that support their success
You must have experiential understanding of challenges and opportunities of deriving value out of disparate Data sources / systems, on-prem and cloud, and ability to articulate solutions to target audience
Have experience generating commercial models when offering solutions and services
Aggressively network and prospect to generate new business relationships and qualify new leads
Work closely with the CTO, Heads of Delivery, and Marketing to shape messaging
Facilitate workshops and whiteboarding sessions during discovery phases, lead client negotiations, propose solutions to CxOs, and Evaluation Committees, acting as the primary point of client contact, supported by an Account Manager, for all deal-progression activities
Comfortable working to Board/C-Level and convincing evaluation committees
An interest in gaining in-depth knowledge of the client's business, goals, strategies, industry trends, and direction

Successful software development and/or data sales Upper Midmarket and Enterprise Customers.
Surface opportunities by constantly working with CxOs and key decision makers. Participate in community events to establish relationships and represent ProArch
Additional responsibilities will include:
Leading customer presentations while describing Porch’s close relationship with Microsoft, their Azure Software Development solutions, using a value-driven sales approach
Focusing on new client logos in the Upper Midmarket and Enterprise spaces
Demonstrating the value of leveraging offshore labour resources and working in globally distributed teams.
Collaborating with, and acting as a liaison between, our customers, account support, and pre-sales solution development throughout the entire sales process
Developing the financial solution for an engagement based on client requirements, developing business cases, ROI and TCO
Leading multi-disciplinary teams in the sales process that develop complex solutions for your client opportunities and produce statements of work (SOWs)
Conducting formal enablement sessions to internal stakeholders, business partners and customers
Your Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Cloud data and/or software development sales to IT and busines executives
Able to travel in around 30-50% annually (once safe to return to travelling)
