The key objective of the role is to work with the CFO and help the CFO/CEO/business and functional heads make data-driven/informed decisions. The Financial Analyst (FA) is expected to continuously derive meaningful insight in multiple ways and provide the information proactively.

A. Management Accounting amp; Financial Analysis (monthly):

• Coordinate with different geos and prepare financial accounts based on businesses/functions and perform the analysis (4 geos and 5-6 companies)
• Monthly Dashboard (overall for the group as well as for businesses/functions) to be published capturing the key analysis. Monthly Dashboard to contain all the key financial parameters/metrices
• Payroll analysis/cost analysis
• Cashflow trends and analysis monthly (business-wise and overall)
• These reports are time-bound and are to be published asap during the month. The overall financials by 6th/7th of the month and detailed business/functional analysis between 10th and 15th of the month. As consolidated balance sheet would be available closer to 15th/16th of the month, detailed financial analysis of the group by 20th of the month
• Projection of future income/margins based on trends
• Any other analysis that might be required from time to time

A. Investor Reports/Analysis (monthly):

• Publish the Income flow statement amp; Bal sheet of the combined entity, capturing unusual costs, and publishing the adjusted EBITDA
• The financials for Investor to be presented including the TTM, customer concentration, projections based on trends, and in any other manner that might be require by an investor. Some of the reports might be standard (predictable) and some might be unique/one-off requirement.

A. Financial Analysis of possible acquisitions (time to time):

• Assist with financial analysis of the target company(s) financials
• If any such acquisitions would take place, the financial analysis in A above to include such acquisitions as well.

A. Others:

• As ProArch group is expected to implement ERP from probably Jan 2021, and as the current stand-alone systems and the company-wide ERP might co-exist for some time, the FA is expected to assist with the implementation of the ERP from future reports/analysis point of view as well as to use both systems until ERP is fully migrated into.
• As ProArch is a growing organization, it may be possible that new requirements might come up.

Interactions expected

• While the role reports into the CFO of ProArch group, close interactions required with the finance teams spread across different geos for raw data and for coordination
• Interaction is expected with VP-Mamp;A wrt B amp; C above, as required. ProArch also works with 2 external advisors (Dr. David Panton amp; Dr. Klass Baks) and interaction might be expected with them too
• Other interactions (from time to time) may be required with business and functional heads

A few other expectations:

• ProArch group is spread between USA, UK, India and Singapore. With most of the business activities centered around USA. There might be occasions wherein the financial analyst might be expected to be on calls with the teams in USA (1 or 2 occasions a month, for 30 to 60 min per occasion) and such calls might be required during the evening hours of Singapore (given the time difference). However, interactions with the VP-Mamp;A could be during Singapore’s working hours
• Presentation of the financials is key. Hence the financial analyst is expected to have significant experience in using Powerpoint/PDF to present the findings
• As financial analysis is time-bound, drive the finance teams to provide the necessary info on time.

Expect the FA to be a self-driven, self-motivated individual who would proactively and continuously seek trends and use data to provide key insights.
