Job Description

ReversingLabs is currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist based in its Cambridge office. This is a great role for a Human Resources professional who thrives in an ever-changing environment and can effectively execute tasks while managing multiple priorities. A passion for people and an appreciation that people are a company’s most important asset is a must. The ideal candidate will be someone with a generalist background and broad Human Resources knowledge, to enable them to work with the Global Director of Human Resources on a variety of tasks and initiatives including the full recruitment life cycle, the benefits open enrollment process, maintenance of personnel records, compliance tasks and fulfilling both internal and external information requests. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on all HR programs including answering general questions, use of HRIS, benefits administration, compliance, policies and guidelines
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks in our HRIS, benefits portal and electronic employee files
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers
  • Create offer letters, present amp; track offers of employment
  • Process pre-employment and new hire paperwork
  • Complete employment verification requests, unemployment claims and background checks
  • Conduct initial orientation and schedule onboarding for newly hired employees
  • Process and track all benefits for employees; coordinating with outside broker, process changes and open enrollment yearly
  • Process any changes to employee status, title, salary, coverage level, demographics etc.
  • Prepare and process termination paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State amp; Local employment laws i.e. posters, announcements, facilities, safety requirements, record retention and personnel files
  • Participate in the administration and underlying processes of health and welfare plans; participate in annual assessment of benefit offerings, renewal process and open enrollment
  • Maintain HRIS records; create and analyze reports from HRIS database
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally towards a shared goal
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills to engage effectively with individual contributors, executive leadership and everyone in between
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and make sound judgment calls when presented with difficult decisions
  • Excellent business acumen, organizational, problem-solving, project and time management skills
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidential information
  • Willing and flexible to help with any urgent issues that happen to arise, even if they are outside the immediate scope of the role
  • Collaborative, flexible, positive approach to working within the department and with management
  • Experience communicating and working with executive management while respecting chain of command
  • Ability to build good working relationships with all employees without creating conflicts of interest
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, high growth technology environment
