POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for executing and delivering training and development for all Allied personnel as directed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Assists in the development of the organization-wide training and development program known as Allied University for all positions
a. Ensure knowledge of all department functions; meet with Management to understand training needs regularly
b. Create a basic curriculum for all newly hired employees and manage to that curriculum
2. Manages the LMS (currently Cornerstone) to ensure:
a. Data integrity in the system; create monthly reporting
b. Content is continually reviewed for curriculums
c. Creation of LMS content that is Allied specific working with each department to enhance their departmental training
3. Deliver Bi-weekly New Hire orientation alongside other HR professionals.
4. Deliver and present quarterly trainings consistent with our overall annual curriculums focused on Allied’s core values
5. Deliver and present monthly trainings consistent with our overall annual curriculums such as knowledge cafes, lunch and learns and Ted Talks
6. Facilitate weekly activities as created such as Morning Meditation and Morning Chit Chat
7. Develop content related to training for Jostle and other social media
8. Participate with all Heart amp; Soul activities as assigned.
9. Assist in the creation of and execution of Training programs for Deployant Advisors, LLC
10. Updates knowledge consistently recommending new ideas or courses of action
11. As a member of the team, executes any other HR projects or responsibilities as assigned

Excellent Microsoft skills- Outlook, Word and Excel; LMS experience required

A minimum of 4 years professional experience in training and development preferably in a professional services type environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
Certificates amp; License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is an office environment requiring extended sitting and computer work.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Modern office suite in high rise building in downtown Chicago. Position will be primarily virtual.
