Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our growing team!

Technical Competencies:

• Expected to review and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner and balance workload to meet customer needs.
• Escalate issues to management and seek assistance from peers for technical issues beyond skillset.
• Document processes as necessary.
• Computer hardware and software systems and programs to include troubleshooting.
• Computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• Virus remediation and malware removal.
• Printer installation and troubleshooting.
• Thin clients and working knowledge of Citrix.
• Will spend a majority of time on their feet and must have the ability to lift boxes or equipment in excess of 50 lbs.
• Travel is required.

• Able to manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities as necessary.

Requirements

Education, Experience:

• 2 year college or technical degree preferred. In lieu of a formal degree, certifications and previous work

experience will be considered.

• 1-2 years working experience providing IT support services with a proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
