Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our growing team!
Responsibilities Include:Provides hardware and software support. IT Administration. IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) Service. Technology training and guidance to the Pyramid Healthcare staff at multiple locations.Other duties as assigned.
Technical Competencies:
- Expected to review and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner and balance workload to meet customer needs.
- Escalate issues to management and seek assistance from peers for technical issues beyond skillset.
- Document processes as necessary.
- Computer hardware and software systems and programs to include troubleshooting.
- Computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Virus remediation and malware removal.
- Printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Thin clients and working knowledge of Citrix.
- Will spend a majority of time on their feet and must have the ability to lift boxes or equipment in excess of 50 lbs.
- Travel is required.

Requirements
Education, Experience:
- 2 year college or technical degree preferred. In lieu of a formal degree, certifications and previous work
experience will be considered.
- 1-2 years working experience providing IT support services with a proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
