This position consists of heavy filing, organization of workplace, and managing incoming phone calls.
Candidate will be responsible for performing administrative duties not limited to:
- File appeals for clients in a timely manner within the parameters of SSA’s deadlines
- Assist clients with questions they have regarding their paperwork and answer any other questions they may have regarding the process
- Communicate with SSA (Social Security Administration) relating to your client’s claim
- Review files for potential issues that could affect the clients claim
- Review and Prepare RFH (request for hearing) files for transfer to the legal teams
Requirements
High School diploma or GED required
Good Communication
Team Player
Must be able to work Monday-Friday
