We are continuing to impact the ever-changing space of technology. To support our vision in delivering the premier client/attorney experience, we are seeking a Change Enablement Manager for our Information Security team to ensure successful IT transition in an efficient and cost-effective manner, which helps manage risk to business operation. This role is accountable for the end-to-end effectiveness of the standardized Change Enablement Practice. This individual will have the overall responsibility to design, monitor, run and continuously improve the practice, processes, and supporting artifacts.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the overall Change and Release Management practice design, objectives, and deliverables
  • Establish and lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Manages the effectiveness of CAB integration and performance
  • Acts as a practice advocate and responds to questions pertaining to the change and release practice
  • Develop, track, and improve practice metrics and monitors practice maturity
  • Conducts periodic process audits and reviews change reports to ensure the quality of process related activities
  • Work with Project Managers, requestors, business areas, and operational teams processing requests to ensure compliance with the Change life-cycle
  • Sets process standards and builds process requirements and initiates and/or manages continual improvement initiatives based on trend analysis and best practice research
  • Manages processes for transition scheduling, planning, prioritization, risk management and dependencies to ensure effective transition across Technology
  • Designing the change management policies and procedures based on ITIL standards
  • Manages change related risk assessment and readiness assessments processes
  • Initiates and approves communication and training plans as they relate to the process
  • Leads root cause analysis (RCA) for failed changes/incidents
  • Catalogs RCA events and delivers recommendations for continuous process improvement


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Capability to drive operational execution of supported processes when critical needs arise
  • Business Acumen coupled with good technology understanding and awareness
  • Strong people management experience and a demonstrated challenge mind-set
  • Process design expertise and process excellence focus
  • Experience working in a multi-managed service provider outsourced environment
  • Prior experience working with engineering or development teams
  • Recent experience with an industry leading IT Service Management Platform (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Ivanti)
  • ITIL experience and qualifications: Release Management, Incident Management and Change Management. ITIL Foundations certification

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience executing effective Change management practices for an enterprise organization
  • 5+ years in depth experience designing, implementing, and improving processes
  • 5+ years of process development and IT operations experience
  • Demonstrated leadership of large-scale program deployment and governance
  • Professional experience with an enterprise IT environment
  • Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership
  • Professional experience with financial management, budget management and cost model development
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Excellent judgment, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work under continual deadlines and pressure
