As Senior Learning and Development Manager, your aim is to contribute to the Learning and Development team, actively facilitating, supporting, coaching and encouraging a learning focused approach to development.At JF, the Lamp;D Team proactively finds innovative solutions to support all of our individuals. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in employee engagement and extensive knowledge of managing in-house learning initiatives.This role works within the Human Resources department and functions as the strategic lead in the effective use of educational technology and digital learning globally. The role serves as a primary catalyst for ongoing business enhancements and the strengthening of Jellyfish learning environments and opportunities.

What do we expect from you?

  • Influence and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
  • Ensure all initiatives are business focused and align with the wider Lamp;D strategy.
  • Actively seek to improve the Lamp;D offering, providing innovative solutions and challenging our approaches.
  • Actively stay abreast in learning techniques, technologies and methods and sharing knowledge with the wider team.
  • Stay abreast of organisational skills and knowledge to ensure the learning we provide is relevant, effective and successful.
  • Work with the team to contribute to Lamp;D reports, informing our KPI’s and ensuring we are on track with our development pathway.
  • Use data to analyze impact of courses and overall department strategy
  • Support with the development of the team, and mentoring other team members.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of Lamp;D budget and tracking
