Noble, a tech-enabled eCommerce and logistics company, supporting military and government customers is looking for an Assistant to offer project management, administrative and office support to the CEO.
We are a micro-competitor of Amazon supporting our military and government worldwide. Noble improves access to high-quality products for customers all around the world.
As the Assistant to the CEO, you would play a critical role in improving and maintaining efficient office practices and supporting Noble through excellent organizational and project management techniques.

About the role
- You will coordinate executive communications across multiple channels including phone calls, email, and Zoom
- You will be in charge of calendar management: including scheduling meetings and appointments as well as managing travel itineraries
- You will prepare internal and external documents for team members and business partners
- You will help optimize office procedures and use of productivity tools
- You will manage a variety of special projects and ventures

Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years’ professional work experience in a field requiring strong communication, attention to detail and project management
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Superior communication and organizational skill
- Must be resourceful and able to pivot and multitask
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint with the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Asana or other project management software expertise required
- Proficiency on collaboration and delegation of duties.
- Strong organizational, project management and problemsolving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
