Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional GTM projects from ideation to execution that directly impact new business, customer success, and retention
  • Work with our GTM teams to understand sales motions and how we can optimize Sales tools to make the teams more successful
  • Manage the end to end sales compensation function, including setting quotas, plan administration, driving systems requirements, reporting, training, and communications
  • Prepare weekly Executive Staff reports and quarterly reporting packages
  • Drive the weekly/quarterly bookings and pipeline forecast process for the Sales organization
  • Design processes to improve hygiene and report on the data necessary to make strategic growth decisions
  • Develop models to help analyze the health of the business including sales forecasting, pipeline generation, coverage, customer utilization, etc.
  • Work on deal structuring and profitability analysis with the Sales teams and partner with Finance, Operations and Sales on Pricing decisions
  • Develop mastery of early indicators of sales success for Ushur
  • Design Salesforce to support sales cycle structure and track data to ensure accurate representation of data inputs
  • Act as the connective tissue to unite the processes across different go-to-market teams, including as a bridge to product.
  • Owns quarterly forecast, prepares sales presentation for Board meetings, and runs DealDesk.
  • Work Closely with Sales Enablement to identify Sales organization needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Sales Operations experience with high growth firm
  • Superior analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgement and ability to communicate and influence with a senior management team.
  • Ability to manage and mentor direct and cross-functional teams.
  • 7+ years or work experience in a high-growth, fast paced environment
  • Extensive experience in sales enablement technologies such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards based on communicated needs
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
