THE OPPORTUNITY:

At SalesLoft, our Senior Revenue Accountant (SRA) is pivotal to our company’s success. The SRA will be a key contributing member of the Accounting and Finance Department. This role will be an integral part of the organization’s order-to-cash and customer analytics process. The SRA will contribute to the organization’s financial operations and play a critical role in customer account reconciliations, activities, and key performance indicators.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of Revenue Accounting comply and run as designed. Specifically, you will:

  • Maintain a system integration and accuracy between Salesforce and NetSuite and all of the supporting software.
  • Be a problem solver by understanding the current business model and partnering with the rest of the organization.
  • Identify risks and provide recommendations/resolutions to improve customer experience and data accuracy.
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience in resolving customer issues.

Our SalesLoft’s Finance and Corporate Services team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming Accounting professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Finance and Accounting team consists of results-oriented SaaS accounting and finance professionals committed to supporting and adding value to the business mission of redefining the Sales Engagement space and activating the authentic seller in all of us. THE SKILL SET:

  • Proven experience with revenue, accounts receivable, and billing core functions in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience
  • Experience for full-cycle order to cash process for software and subscription-based revenue company
  • Proven knowledge of deal finance structure and accompanying revenue accounting
  • A Process builder with a deep understanding of Quote to Cash process for a software and subscription-based revenue company
  • Extensive working experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ order management is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized in work and ability to meet assigned deadlin
