RN Supervisor for Home Care

Phoenix Home Care is currently looking for a RN Supervisor for our In-Home Department in Columbia, MO.

This position will include the following:

• $2,000 Sign on Bonus
• A salary pay scale
• A company car upon request to travel to outlying areas
• Direct patient care
• Managing other RN’s and LPN’s with patients in the surrounding counties

Qualifications

• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in a home care or home health setting.
• Must possess valid RN license in good standing in the State of Missouri.
• Must possess reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license in good standing and current auto insurance.
• Must be successful in managing appointments with all of your clients.
• Must complete all charting on paper, not electronically.
• Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, co-workers, and physicians, and exhibit an empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Prefer an RN with home and community-based services experiences.
