Requirements
The ideal candidate will install, repair and maintain building electrical, plumbing and heating and compressed air systems along with flooring, painting, cleaning and other miscellaneous activities. To perform installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of facility and its equipment.
Job Duties:
- Support and maintain multiple facilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain facility mechanical and electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain building and material handling equipment
- Work with pneumatics, dust collection systems and other related facility equipment
- Assist in relocating or installing building equipment as needed
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility and production system and equipment
- Help maintain a professional, safe and organized production facility
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Involves work in multiple buildings in close proximity to each other
- Some weekend and work after business hours required
- Must have the ability to work with vendors and tenants in a professional manner
- Supports, encourages and complies with all company policies and procedures including Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety
