Product Content Writer

The Product Content Writer will be a key member of the Hiretual marketing team and will have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of content initiatives that span acquisition, customer, and product marketing, including sales enablement and search engine optimization. The right candidate will love the challenge of creating valuable content that both educates our audience pre/post-sale and incorporates value-driven messaging that speaks exactly to their pain points, questions, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Market intelligencebe the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
• Collaborate with marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas
• Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make
• Understand and support our sales channels, develop external collateral and teach them how to use it
• Be a strong customer champion, creative marketer, and problem solver.

Requirements

• High-horsepower thinker High Execution doer
• Strong creative and technical writing experience
• Editing experience
• SEO knowledge amp; keyword research experience
• Experience with Google Analytics or a similar tool
• Exceptional research skills
• Must have at least 1+ years of experience in SaaS industry
• 2-3 years experience working as a Content Writer or Product Marketer
• Ability to empathize with readers’ perspective and experiences
