This new role will focus on native advertising and content marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and other channels leveraging our Content and Editorial Teams to drive new users and customers to our leading personal finance websites. This role will also need to establish a working relationship with our in-house design team and have proven success with launching, scaling and leading social and content marketing campaigns (including campaign ideation, marketing copy, audience identification, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee Paid Social content marketing campaigns across Facebook/Instagram to ensure acquisition and conversion goals are met
  • Manage and grow all native advertising across publishing partners and platforms.
  • Partner with Content, Product, Design and Analytics Teams to maximize performance and scale of growth campaigns focused audience and revenue expansion
  • Set up and Implementation of daily management and optimization of performance and user acquisition programmatic marketing programs in paid social media.
  • Optimize account performance through analytics, testing and experimentation
  • Summarize, report and optimize online campaign delivery and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis for both individual campaigns and in aggregate
  • New campaign creation, audience refinement and new ad generation using social ad platforms, Hands-on execution of bid/budget management
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
  • Keeps current on media trends, attends industry conferences, and encourages innovation/creativity throughout all projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years managing Paid Social, content marketing campaigns and/or native advertising of over 7 figure annual budgets at a minimum
  • Proven use of analytics and utilizing data-driven strategies and optimization tactics
  • Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities, competing priorities and changing needs of client/department.
  • Full understanding of Direct Response Marketing, ROAS
  • Experience with various deal structures and knowledge of the unique nuances and structural characteristics of campaigns
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and/or platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, Nativo and similar.
  • Working knowledge of media research tools (Google Analytics)
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification a plus.
