A Case Manager provides case management and behavioral guidance for program youth. Persons employed as case managers are responsible for the primary behavioral case management of the youth and families being served with secondary responsibility for providing specific linkage services. The Case Manager will develop measurable case management objectives for clients as outlined in the Client Care Plan and monitor their progress toward those goals.
The position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree related to the fields of psychology, social work or other majors defined by the Department of Mental Health as a related degree.
2. Valid California Drivers license and a good driving record.
3. Bilingual Spanish required.
4. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.
Competitive Pay: Starting hourly rate of pay of $18.00 plus $2.00 bilingual differential.
