Job Description

Diamond, a leading private wireless infrastructure company, is looking for a junior corporate and transactional attorney (approximately 3-6 years of experience) to serve as in-house counsel and handle business transactions and projects. The position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts
  • Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. agreements and transactions)
  • Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
  • Attend/participate on both internal and external meetings to discuss the progress of all projects

    • Requirements

    Requirements:

  • J.D. from a reputable law school
  • Approximately 3-6 years of experience in the corporate law environment
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills
  • Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
  • Computer skills: Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
  • Experience in the wireless infrastructure (tower) space or real estate preferred but not required
