We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. This includes hands-on recruitment and managing a bank of agency recruitment partners.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
This role will also be responsible to manage all of the agency partners, negotiating contracts, managing quality, measuring deliverable KPIs and SLAs, and ensuring compliance is followed for all recruitment activities.
You will also be required to create strong talent pipelines and recruitment strategies for our company’s current and future hiring needs globally. (Europe, India, and United States)
