- Manage inbound chats and close sales
- Quickly assess customer needs and provide sound solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Make outbound calls to help close sales and ease exchange of information
- Document details of all chats, calls and customer interactions
- Consistently seize opportunities to upsell products and add additional features and accessories
Requirements
- Must live in TEXAS.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound sale calls preferred
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows and computer systems simultaneously
- Basic typing skills are necessary
- A friendly and energetic personality with a sales and customer service focus
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient at all times
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
Work-From-Home TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
- Laptop / Desktop with camera for video conference capabilities (MAC Computers and Chromebook are NOT supported)
- Computer must have Windows 10
- Minimum Internet Speed: 50 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps upload
- Smart Phone
- Power surge protector
- Keyboard amp; mouse
- Headset: Corded (not wireless) USB headset with noise-cancelling microphone is necessary
