We are currently looking to add an Administrative Coordinator with recruiting experience to our team.

Administrative Coordinator Purpose

Our Administrative Coordinator will work hand in hand with HR and production teams at a high volume production facility in Lancaster, OH. On a daily basis, the goal is to hire quality employees and maintain them through their probationary period until they are eligible for permanent hire. This position requires an extremely proactive person that is capable of building strong relationships with a variety of people from entry-level production employees to Plant Managers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary objectives are to keep plants fully staffed and maintain high retention rates in a safe production environment.
  • Determine candidate suitability by evaluating commitment, compensation expectations, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and other qualifications to help determine pay
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate tours and interviews as well as employee engagement activities such as stand up reviews and safety observations.
  • Ensure employee roster and the in-process list are continuously up-to-date and accurate
  • Attend HR, safety, and production meetings and be an active participant in all employee engagements.
  • Conduct roundtables with employees to address concerns
  • Be an active and visible member of the team on the floor with foreman, supervisors, HR team, and employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma require, Associate’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Recruiting and administrative experience is preferred
