BURNCO is looking to add a skilled Sales Representative to our Colorado team in Milliken, Colorado. Someone who drives change and takes pride in their high-quality workmanship and their ability to get things done effectively and timely. What You Will Be Doing:
- Build pipeline of sales leads by monitoring local market competition, pricing, and construction activity
- Develop customer relationships by providing concrete quotes, technical guidance, and order resolution support
- Work with Quality Control on mix submittals, Credit on proper job documents, Dispatch on concrete scheduling and Operations on staffing
- Work with customers to coordinate a fluid project through coordination of extra products, pour planning amp; logistics, on-site assistance as needed
- Enter project records into command series
- Analyze past, present, and future trends relating to the concrete market, provide sales projects as needed
- Assist in the control of invoicing, providing clarification if pricing issues arise
- Work with credit to clear-up offset credits, rebills, and original invoices when appropriate
- Attend trade shows as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Reality of the Job:
- You might work long hours during peak times
- You might need to work Saturdays, especially during peak season
Requirements
What We Would Like From You:
- Must have Ready Mix / Concrete experience with knowledge of mix designs
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Minimum two years sales experience

Bonus Eligibility: 10% of base salary potential in the Short-Term Incentive Program (STIP)
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 - commensurate with experience
