The Life Enrichment Assistant role reports to the Life Enrichment Director.

Essential duties include:

• Assisting in the Life Enrichment department with setting up for activities and events planned for residents.
• Assists in the development of programming designed to meet the needs and interests of our resident population by being purposeful and meaningful. Maintain appropriate records for access as required.
• Meets with residents and other team members to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas or areas for improvement
• Assisting in maintaining the calendar, supplies, etc. as needed.
• Interacting with residents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Reporting all accidents, unsafe/hazardous conditions immediately.
• Adhering to all policies regarding PPE, attendance, and absenteeism.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

This position requires minimum 1 year experience in a senior residential or skilled nursing facility.
