We are looking for a reliable resident concierge to work at the front desks of our private residences. You will be the first to greet our residents and clients so the first impression of our company depends on your friendliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide residents with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests. In addition, you will be responsible for access control, signing in guests, and announcing the presence of guests to residents. The goal is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience, exceed expectations, and foster the growth of our reputation for excellence in service.

• Welcome residents and guests upon entrance
• Act as the point of reference for residents and guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
• Understand resident’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
• Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from residents
• Answer the phone in a professional, welcoming manner and process calls as needed; receive and communicate messages and mail accordingly
• Accurately process incoming and outgoing packages
• Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service; experience in a concierge role is an advantage
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
• Adherence to strict company standards for appearance, grooming, posture, and poise
• High school diploma or its equivalent; college degree will be a plus
