Job Description
• To sense and scout new technologies and new businesses for LG Display’s current and future products.
• To understand, digest and screen emerging technologies
• To identify new business opportunities
• To research trends on technology and market
• To establish, widen and maintain north American network for the technical sensing and the technical scouting
• To analyze technological trends and generate reports
• To plan and manage projects to get target goals timely
• To manage certain alliances and participate in Mamp;A projects
• To design and negotiate term and condition for technical collaboration and business partnership with partners
• To handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering (Materials/Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in Ramp;D or Business Development more than 2 years preferred.
• Bilingual (English amp; Korean) preferred
• Computer literate (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic
• Legal to work in the United States.
• Must be able to travel outside of the U.S. without any issues
