Southeast Regional Sales Manager

• Grow breadth and depth of sales volume within region/target accounts.
• Develops and implements strategic customer sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Ability to assess customers technical needs and influence key decision makers and formulate strategies to win business.
• Coordinates appropriate relationships between Trachte's technical community and customer.
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals for your portfolio of accounts.
• Represents company at trade association meetings and shows to promote product.
• Delivers value add sales presentations to key clients.
• Teams with other regional sales managers to develop strategies for accounts that cross into multiple geographic areas.
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience with an emphasis on the industrial/electrical markets preferred
• Must be able to travel 50% or more of the time.(Southeast US Region)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
