Reports to Operations Specialist/VP of Membership
Works with Operations Specialists and VP of Membership to ensure that the Connect for Life members visit business functions efficiently. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Assist Operations Specialist with operations of our Home Visit (HV) Program, which includes but its not limited to:
- Quality control of call center scheduling, reviewing calendars for scheduling conflicts, ensuring appointments are booked in required time period
- Assist with identifying scheduling opportunities for calling centers to ensure consistent scheduling for Home Visit Associates
- Assist in overseeing closing out of Home Visits in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform
- Assist with analysis and re-assignment of HV cancellations
- Assist with tracking progress, updating, and completion of Program Quality Initiatives
- Data Entry/Registrations
- Responsible for multiple data entry in different systems, including input of member information and registration to member events
- Outreach
- Assist in calling campaigns to members, inbound and outbound
- These calls may include, but are not limited to, assisting members with scheduling doctors appointments, 3 way calling providers
Requirements
- Experience with inbound and outbound calling
- Experience in scheduling or booking appointment
- Experience in administrative role
- Excel and Microsoft office experience required
- Google Suites experience preferred
