Regional Builder Manager

Job Description
We are looking for our next Regional Builder Manager for the Southeast region. You will work with key builders, property management companies, flooring subcontractors, and Armstrong Flooring distributors to drive profitable sales and exceed budgeted levels in the Builder and Property Management Market.
Location: Atlanta / Florida Region - Atlanta area preferred
How you’ll contribute to the team:
- Present Armstrong Flooring products and programs to decision makers of National Builder and Property Management companies.
- Build strong relationships with top Builders, Property Management companies and flooring subcontractors.
- Manage and track a sales lead pipeline.
- Develop and implement National Sales Plans and Programs to deliver sales growth for the market.
- Manage our existing customer base.
- Lead our continuous learning process to improve Distributor knowledge of National Programs.
- Manage all selling and promotional expense budgets.
Requirements
What you'll bring to the table:
- 3+ years Sales experience with a building products provider to the new home construction market
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid U.S. driver's license
